PARIC completed construction on the Recreation and Student Center (RAS) for the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy campus located in St. Louis, MO. This 193,000 sq. ft. building houses a gymnasium, fitness center, student dining facility, support offices, as well as a 220-bed residence hall for students. The athletic facility includes a NAIA regulation basketball and volleyball facility that can be arranged with three courts at once and a running track.
This project was constructed using concrete tilt wall, structural steel, precast hollow core, architectural precast panels, and glass curtain wall.
The Recreation and Student Center is a LEED Certified building.
