PARIC completed construction of a new four-story interdisciplinary science building for Webster University, which is home to science, technology, engineering, arts, math, and medicine programs. The new building is attached to Webster’s East Academic building and has a drilled pier foundation, a steel structure, a subterranean lecture hall, and an exterior courtyard. The building features 25 laboratory classrooms, four classrooms, 51 faculty offices, 20 staff offices, and a 129-seat auditorium.

PARIC completed construction on the 4.4 acre mixed-use complex known as the Lofts of Washington University located in the heart of the Delmar Loop. This project includes 22,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space fronting Delmar Boulevard that houses the United Provisions grocery store and the Peacock Diner.
