PARIC completed construction on a 43,000 sq. ft. building addition for Lenoir Woods Assisted Living & Memory Care in Columbia, MO in July of 2014. This addition, which will be converted to the Skilled Nursing Facility in the future, is two stories tall with a subterranean basement level beneath.

PARIC has completed an $11.5 million expansion project for Bethesda Southgate, a skilled and assisted living facility in South St. Louis County.
Set on almost 20 acres, The Kenwood by Senior Star consists of an 18 story independent living facility with a three-story skilled nursing wing, a lower level parking garage, and 24 independent quadplex-type cottages.
The completed master plan was completed by PARIC in four phases and includes 223 apartments, 25 patio homes, 56 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care units, an 88 bed skilled nursing facility, and additional parking.
