PARIC recently completed a new three-story 150,000 sq. ft. addition to Safety National’s corporate headquarters.
PARIC Corporation proudly partnered with the St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center to dramatically renovate several areas of the arena. The most labor-intensive piece of the renovation included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the ice rink which was removed and rebuilt in a record-breaking six weeks.
PARIC completed two phases of construction on the campus of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. The construction of the college’s Academic & Research Building and its Recreation & Student Center mark part of the largest expansion project in school history.
PARIC recently completed construction of a new four-story interdisciplinary science building for Webster University which is home to science, technology, engineering, arts, math, and medicine programs.
The Courtyards at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri is part of a multi-phased project on one of the Kansas City area’s largest retirement communities. The Courtyards are 76,404 sq. ft. of space which includes a commons area and a four-story independent living building with 54 new apartments.
