PARIC recently completed a 225,000 sq. ft. expansion and repositioning on the campus of Village Shalom in Overland Park, KS.
Commerce Tower Parking Garage
This project included the 89,500 sq. ft. renovation of an existing downtown Kansas City parking garage. Upgrades were made to the structural integrity of the concrete and all parking areas received new lighting and paint.
John Knox Village Meadows
The Meadows, the second phase of construction completed by PARIC on the campus of John Knox Village, includes three new three and four-story independent living buildings with underground parking and a new commons building.

John Knox Village Courtyards
The Courtyards at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri is part of a multi-phased project on one of the Kansas City area’s largest retirement communities. The Courtyards are 76,404 sq. ft. of space which includes a commons area and a four-story independent living building with 54 new apartments.
