PARIC Corporation proudly partnered with the St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center to dramatically renovate several areas of the arena. The most labor-intensive piece of the renovation included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the ice rink which was removed and rebuilt in a record-breaking six weeks.
This renovation of an existing space inside of St. Louis Union Station, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, was completed in approximately two and a half months.
PARIC completed construction of the Peabody (Kiel) Opera House in October 2011. The original building was completed in 1934, and originally contained an auditorium back-to-back with the Opera House.
PARIC has completed an $11.5 million expansion project for Bethesda Southgate, a skilled and assisted living facility in South St. Louis County.
