PARIC Corporation recently helped complete a major renovation to the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial grounds in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. This project provided much-needed revitalization to the iconic riverfront grounds surrounding the Gateway Arch, the most notable feature of the St. Louis skyline.
The new three-story 76,500 sq. ft. S.T.A.R building and library on the John Burroughs campus provides students with a first-class environment to focus on the study of various science disciplines, engineering, family and consumer science, computer science, and technology.
The 121,253 sq. ft. tilt-up building includes 180’ deep bays, 28’ clear height, 1 loading dock per 9,000 sq. ft. bay, and 195 automobile parking spaces with room for expansion.
PARIC completed construction on the Recreation and Student Center (RAS) for the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy campus located in St. Louis, MO. This 193,000 sq. ft. building houses a gymnasium, fitness center, student dining facility, support offices, as well as a 220-bed residence hall.
