The new two-story office consists of 44,000 sq. ft. of administration office space and features a state of the art Strategic Operations Center.
Maryville University – Walker Hall
This 87,500 sq. ft. building houses the College of Health Professionals for Maryville University. The building feature state-of-the-art classrooms, meeting spaces, offices, laboratories, including a complete cadaver lab with body storage, physical and occupational therapy training spaces and an adult speech clinic.
Express Scripts Lab 2.0 Expansion
PARIC completed construction on an expansion of Express Scripts, Inc.’s headquarters facility in St. Louis, MO in September of 2014. This 13,000 sq. ft. project consists primarily of office space, and was constructed using concrete tilt-up, curtainwall skin, and structural steel.
Woodruff Electric Cooperative
PARIC completed construction on a new facility for Woodruff Electric Cooperative in Forrest City, AR in the fall of 2014. It is comprised of multiple building elements: the office, the warehouse, the vehicle storage area and the vehicle maintenance area.
Washington University – Loop Student Housing
PARIC completed construction on the 4.4 acre mixed-use complex known as the Lofts of Washington University located in the heart of the Delmar Loop. This project includes 22,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space fronting Delmar Boulevard that houses the United Provisions grocery store and the Peacock Diner.
