Warehouse & Distribution Center
This new 67,000 sq. ft headquarters for Operation Food Search is more than twice the size as their previous facility. The organization’s new facility was previously a window factory and was renovated to include an advanced inventory management system, increased product racking capabilities, additional truck bays, and expanded refrigeration for perishable items.
Bethesda Hawthorne Place Assisted Living
This 65,000 sq. ft. two-story addition to the Bethesda Hawthorne assisted living campus includes a 60-bed Assisted Living and Memory Support Community.
Presbyterian Manor of Wichita
The 243,288 sq. ft. repositioning of Presbyterian Manor in Wichita, Kansas involved the new construction of five areas. Demolition, site work, and building construction was completed in two phases to allow for the continued, uninterrupted operation of the existing community.
