The Olivette City Center is a two story 36,980 sq. ft. building on a three-acre site. The building houses the city’s administration offices, council chambers, police department, and fire department.
PARIC completed both a new addition and an interior renovation to the existing facility. Encompassing just under 24,000 sq. ft., this project required particular emphasis on coordination and communication to ensure that the existing facilities could remain operational throughout the entire construction project.
PARIC was the construction manager on the complete renovation of the Clayton Police and Municipal Building. The original six-story building is approximately 75,000 sq. ft. and was built in 1952 and overlooks Shaw Park.
The 40,000 sq.ft. government building houses the operations of the Administration, Legislative, Municipal Court, Public Works, Finance offices and Police department.
