PARIC completed construction on the Recreation and Student Center (RAS) for the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy campus located in St. Louis, MO. This 193,000 sq. ft. building houses a gymnasium, fitness center, student dining facility, support offices, as well as a 220-bed residence hall.
PARIC completed two phases of construction on the campus of the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy – the construction of the college’s Academic & Research Building and its Recreation & Student Center.
PARIC completed a 19,000 sq. ft. wood frame facility for Boys Hope Girls Hope’s Residential program in Richmond Heights, Missouri. The residential program provides scholars a family-like home and network of support services to help students excel both in and outside the classroom. The project includes separate living spaces for male and female scholars including bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. The space also includes staff offices and conference rooms.
The Arcade Building was originally constructed as two separate buildings: The Wright Building in 1906, and the adjoining Arcade Building in 1919.
