The four-story structure is approximately 70,300 sq. ft. and contains 228 beds in two and four-person units as well 300 new parking spaces.
PARIC completed construction on the 4.4 acre mixed-use complex known as the Lofts of Washington University located in the heart of the Delmar Loop. This project includes 22,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space fronting Delmar Boulevard that houses the United Provisions grocery store and the Peacock Diner.
The Seattle Mariners selected PARIC to be their Owner Representative on their 24 acre baseball academy project located in the Dominican Republic. The $7 million academy include a 25,000 sq.ft. building housing 70 players and their coaches/staff, a full kitchen and administration offices, 14,000 sq.ft. club house consists of lockers for each player and staff members, showers, training rooms, and a weight room. Finally, the site has three full fields, one half field, batting cages, agility field, observation tower, and a guest villa.
The historic Leather Trades Building was renovated to create loft space specifically for artists. The 139,000 sq.ft., eight-story renovation created 86 artist lofts.
The project converted 60,000 sq.ft. of factory space into 73 student apartments housing 273 students.
