The St. Louis Arcade Building is a ‘most enhanced’ St. Louis building of 2016!

The St. Louis Arcade Building received the 2016 "Most Enhanced Building" Award from Landmarks Association of St. Louis. This award recognizes restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of the city's historic buildings.

The Arcade Building was built in two stages in 1906 and 1918, and traditionally included six floors of retail and office space. The building was renovated in 2015 to include 282 apartments and space for Webster University.
