Andy Leek, Vice President of Technology and Innovation is scheduled to speak at the Autodesk University Conference in Las Vegas on November 14, 2018. Leek will be prominently featured as a part of the keynote address. The international audience will include over 9,000 attendees.
According to their website the AU conference, “connects 10,000 professionals from construction, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, and media creation.” Autodesk is an American multinational software corporation that makes software for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, and entertainment industries.
Autodesk became best known for AutoCAD, but now develops a broad range of software for design, engineering, and entertainment. Autodesk also features a line of software for consumers, including Sketchbook.
Andy will be addressing the conference and addressing how PARIC Corporation has bridged the gap between technology and construction with various software platforms.
PARIC has been on the forefront of technology integration within the construction sector since its founding in 1979. When Compaq introduced the first portable computer, PARIC bought them for its major development customers, equipping them with PARIC’s proprietary proforma program. This made it possible for customers to expeditiously analyze many project variations without having to wait on analysis by their accountants. This accelerated the preconstruction process while lowering project risks for customers.
