PARIC is currently constructing a cutting-edge, 10 MW, 91,000 sq. ft. edge data center on track for completion in February 2026. Developed by Oppidan Investment Company and designed by Salas O’Brien, this facility brings low-latency, high-reliability edge computing to the region, delivered with PARIC’s proven speed-to-market expertise for mission-critical projects. The finished project will provide 12,000 sq. ft. of office space and will include future bays for expansion of separate tenants.

We Build Answers

Drawing from their previous data center experience, the PARIC team identified this issue early on. We developed a solution that ensured both physical connections and overall load capacity were sufficient to serve the equipment slated for phase 1. The PARIC team also put together cost-saving measures to allow phases 2 through 4 to proceed with minimal added cost.

Review of the OFCI shop drawings indicated that copper feeders were required due to lug capacity, physical space and/or compatibility issues. The PARIC team found that aluminum feeders were specified yet would have been incompatible. This detailed approach enabled the team to make the changes and stay on schedule, avoiding what could have been a very detrimental situation to both the budget and schedule.
