  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to maintain progress on schedule.
  • Develop site logistics plans, job flow, and sequencing strategies; identify constructability issues and provide solutions.
  • Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with cost forecasts, fee/margin goals, and value-engineering opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage field documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, NCRs, change orders, and delay claims.
  • Proactively review plans and shop drawings to identify and resolve potential quality issues; coordinate inspections and track corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with client representatives, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
  • Facilitate jobsite meetings, lead toolbox talks, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop foremen, crews, and other field staff to strengthen team performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to read and interpret structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans.
  • Demonstrated skills in team leadership, scheduling, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.

Preferred:

  • Advanced safety and risk management training or certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple smaller projects or complex project phases.
  • Experience developing foremen and crews and driving overall team performance.
