Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports a wide range of Human Resources activities to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. This role will assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, HRIS system updates, recruitment coordination, and assist in responding to employee and manager inquiries. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining organized processes, delivering timely support, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Complete all new hire data entry for both field and office employees.
- Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate with internal teams, and support a smooth, consistent onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS changes, reporting, and general data management.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries and provide timely HR support.
- Partner with the HR team on projects, communications, process improvements, and workflow enhancements.
- Generate HR reports and support data needs for audits, metrics, and manager requests.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and automate routine tasks.
- Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates; provide occasional support to Talent Acquisition for postings or light sourcing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with interest in continuous improvement and leveraging technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS or HRIS systems.
- LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience.
