PARIC Adds Strategic Growth Position, Promotes Michael Picker

PARIC, one of the nation’s largest privately owned construction companies, has promoted Michael Picker to a new leadership role of Vice President of Strategic Growth.

In his new position, Picker, with more than 25 years of construction experience, will be responsible for growth strategy and development to maintain and enhance the company’s recent and current robust growth. 

PARIC President Mike Rallo, Jr. , in announcing the position and the promotion, stressed that both moves reinforce the company’s commitment to disciplined growth, data-informed decision-making and strong alignment between strategy and execution. “We also are expanding our internal leadership development opportunities to support promotions of all employees at all levels of the company,” Rallo said, “which again aligns with our strategic plan of promoting from within.”
