Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business and field leadership, owning full lifecycle recruiting while helping evolve PARIC’s talent acquisition function into a proactive, forward-looking business partner. This individual will drive full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and serve as a subject matter expert across the department(s) and processes they support.

This role goes beyond filling open positions and focuses on proactive recruiting planning, pipeline development, and strong hiring manager partnership to support current and upcoming hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner will balance a diverse requisition load while anticipating demand, advising leaders on market conditions, and continuously improving recruiting processes to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation, while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the organization.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across supported departments and roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and role requirements, providing guidance on best practice recruiting processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and visibility.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and convert both active and passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines aligned to anticipated hiring needs and business growth.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on talent trends, competitive hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and compliant talent acquisition process.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed, to support hiring efforts.
  • Support the intern program by facilitating career fair participation, recruiting and hiring interns, and helping coordinate and support the summer intern program experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting preferred.
  • Recruiting experience within the construction industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, other sourcing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations with aggressive hiring targets.
