Michael Picker, Jr. serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth at PARIC, where he leads enterprise-wide sales strategy and performance.  In this role, he is responsible for driving market differentiation and diversification, and strengthening client relationships nationwide.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings a deep understanding of market dynamics and a disciplined, collaborative approach to business development. His leadership extends to cultivating strategic partnerships with clients and subcontractors, as well as evaluating acquisition opportunities that enhance the company’s capabilities and geographic reach.

Mike’s ability to translate market insight into actionable strategy has contributed to sustained growth, expanded market presence across sectors, and strengthened long-term positioning within the industry.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Beyond his professional achievements, Mike is deeply committed to community impact.  He has dedicated years to coaching youth soccer with St. Louis Scott Gallagher and is a passionate advocate for vulnerable children and families.  As a founder of Divine Nest, he has supported and educated families impacted by adoption, foster care, and crisis pregnancy. In addition, Mike has mentored mission-driven nonprofits through their launch and growth and served nine years on the Board of Directors for St. Patrick’s Center.
