P. JOSEPH MCKEE, III
Joseph McKee, III, P.E., is the Chairman of PARIC Holdings in St. Louis, Missouri. PARIC Holdings is the parent company for PARIC Corporation, Cooperative Building Solutions, Henning Companies, Henning Companies, Aptós, I3, TES and Lewis & Clark — a portfolio of companies offering construction management, general contracting and design/build services. In his role, Joe guides all aspects of PARIC Holdings operations, including strategic planning, customer relations, mentoring and team building. His top priority is ensuring each company showcases the same level of service excellence that PARIC has become known for.
Utilizing his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Joe served PARIC in several capacities before becoming President in 2001. Joe purchased the company in 2002.
Joe is passionate about his community and actively involved in the Young Presidents’ Organization (Gold); Regional Business Council (RBC) serving on the Executive Committee, Co-Chair of the Workforce Development Committee and Public Policy Committee as well as the Clean Sweep initiative, CEO’s Against Cancer St. Louis serving on the Governance Subcommittee and Chief Executives Organization. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Visitation Academy and is currently the Capital Campaign Steering Committee Co-Chair. Joe is also an owner and partner of the Stifel Theatre, a historic landmark and entertainment venue in downtown St. Louis.
The St. Louis Business Journal has recognized him with the “40 Under 40” award, and has received the “Outstanding Professional Engineer in Construction” award from the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. Joe has also been acknowledged as a “Top Most Influential” by the St. Louis Business Journal.
