ABOUT

After earning his BS in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, Todd launched his impressive PARIC career as a Project Engineer in 1997. As he continued to advance in the Company, he was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the top “30 Under 30” professionals in St. Louis. He was promoted to his current role, Chief Operation Officer, in 2023.

While serving as Vice President of Business Development, Todd recognized opportunity in the niche market of not-for-profit senior living. With a strategic approach, Todd developed this new business unit for the company, resulting in rapid but stable growth and repeat clients. Senior Living’s most recent major project was the $180M renovation and expansion of two Friendship Village campuses.

As a leader in the company, Todd was instrumental in driving PARIC as an early adopter of virtual design construction (VDC) technologies. This quickly went from a way to sell our capabilities to a solid productivity tool for the business.
