Through a competitive design-build selection process, PARIC was selected to construct Missouri University of Science Tecnhology’s new General Services Building (GSB).
The new $10.4 million, 35,000 sq.ft. GSB will house the University’s Design, Construction & Space Management department, environmental health and safety, and facilities operations. Spaces in the facility include offices, conference/meeting rooms, storage, shop areas, as well as vehicle maintenance and wash bays.
Demolition of the existing GSB was necessary for the construction of Missouri Protoplex, the cornerstone of the University’s Applied Research Campus, a facility also currently under construction by PARIC.
