AIR PRODUCTS EXPANSION

Air Products, a corporation with a primary focus on providing essential industrial gases, equipment and expertise to a wide variety of clients across the United States and internationally, selected the PARIC-led team to design and construct the expansion of their St. Louis campus. 

The Air Products campus expansion is currently includes a 52,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building, a 23,500 sq. ft. logistics center and a future 26,000 sq. ft. innovation building.

The buildings will utilize precast concrete for the envelope with steel structures. These buildings will allow for more than double the production capacity of the campus. The installation of new dedicated electric service with private utility connections incorporating smart grid technology within the campus will enhance the reliability and prevent power failures from severely impacting critical operations.
