PARIC was selected to transform an existing office space into Aquarius LTD’s new 50,000 sq.ft. headquarters. To accommodate additional pallet positions around the south loading dock, this complete renovation required demolishing the existing first and second floor office space, as well as a large mezzanine structure. The updated facility now features a monumental staircase, new elevator lobby and an upgraded MEP/FP systems.
