This massive garage project on the Washington University Medical Center East Garage is located in the city of St. Louis, MO. It is an eight-story parking facility with 3,025 vehicle spaces. The garage is located on Duncan Avenue between the Duncan/Taylor Garage and the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Employee Garage in the Central West End. The garage is made up of 2,000 pieces of precast concrete that were dropped in place. This structure serves all of the WUMC institutions, most notably including Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center among others.

Express Scripts Lab 2.0 Expansion
PARIC completed construction on an expansion of Express Scripts, Inc.’s headquarters facility in St. Louis, MO in September of 2014. This 13,000 sq. ft. project consists primarily of office space, and was constructed using concrete tilt-up, curtainwall skin, and structural steel.
Washington University School of Medicine Cyclotron
This project consisted of 6,500 sq. ft. of interior renovation/ build out plus the construction of a 2,250 sq. ft. exterior vault used to house the new Cyclotron and Beam Line with the capacity to bring another Cyclotron on line in the future. This work was performed while the existing East Cyclotron and Quality Control Labs remained in full operation for the duration of the Project.
MU Health Care Children’s Hospital
This project consists of a new seven-story, 330,285 sq. ft. Children’s Hospital located next to the patient tower on the existing facility.
Carle at the Riverfront
This project includes a 152,000 sq. ft. facility on a 17-acre plot in Danville, IL.
