DIERBERGS CRESTWOOD

This new 72,000 sq.ft., upscale grocery store anchors the commercial development, Crestwood Crossing, which sits on a 320-acre, brownfield site along famous Route 66. Inside the store customers enjoy a prepared foods department, butcher shop, bakery, health and beauty center, floral department and gift shop, pizza cove, and a Mercy Pharmacy. The store also offers Bob’s Barn, a full-size wooden barn inside the store, home to beer, wine and spirits.

PARIC’s scope included all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems, as well as the build-out of 35,000 sq.ft. of additional retail and restaurant spaces. 81 new single-family homes are planned for future development of the site half-mile site.
