The Dierbergs store is straddled by two future tenant spaces located at the north and south ends of the property. The development also features a new 510-space parking lot with the potential for electric car charging stations, and space for two additional independent commercial buildings. Complete road improvements and modifications to the public and private roads surrounding the site were also made.
