This project includes an 11-acre retail development anchored by a new 72,531 sq. ft. grocery store. The Dierbergs store will be straddled by two future tenant spaces located at the north and south ends of the property. The development will also feature a new 510-space parking lot with the potential for electric car charging stations, and space for two additional independent commercial buildings. Complete road improvements and modifications to the public and private roads surrounding the site will also be made.
