EXPRESS SCRIPTS BUILDING IV

Express Scripts Building IV was a four-story tilt-up building project using design-build and fast-track construction. The building is 228,000 sq.ft. with a TPO roof and Elastizell for sound control. The project also included 1,300 surface parking spots, three elevators, MSD bio-retention systems, a 13,000 sq.ft. data center, full kitchen, loading dock, and tenant fit-out portions. There is significant open space for a call center that includes 1,800 employees. PARIC also assisted with the furniture layout and equipment coordination.

The core and shell, tenant fit out, and data center projects were all completed under budget. The data center was completed on time, and the core and shell and tenant fit out were completed three weeks early. This project is LEED certified.
