PARIC has completed construction on the 18,500 sq. ft. medical center. This center is used as a non-profit neighborhood healthcare center including internal medicine, dental, pediatrics, women’s health clinic, along with diagnostic areas such as x-ray imaging and blood draw. Also included is an area for women/infant/children, along with an adult behavioral services and community outreach programs.

Washington University School of Medicine Cyclotron
This project consisted of 6,500 sq. ft. of interior renovation/ build out plus the construction of a 2,250 sq. ft. exterior vault used to house the new Cyclotron and Beam Line with the capacity to bring another Cyclotron on line in the future. This work was performed while the existing East Cyclotron and Quality Control Labs remained in full operation for the duration of the Project.
Express Scripts Lab 2.0 Expansion
PARIC completed construction on an expansion of Express Scripts, Inc.’s headquarters facility in St. Louis, MO in September of 2014. This 13,000 sq. ft. project consists primarily of office space, and was constructed using concrete tilt-up, curtainwall skin, and structural steel.
BJC Children’s Specialty Care Center St. Louis
This 144,000 sq. ft. structural steel and concrete facility is conveniently located in West St. Louis County.
Carle at the Riverfront
This project includes a 152,000 sq. ft. facility on a 17-acre plot in Danville, IL.
