PARIC completed work on the historic renovation of the old shoe factory in West Plains, Missouri. The project converted 60,000 sq.ft. of factory space into 73 student apartments housing 273 students. The renovation also included the repair of an existing asphalt parking lot and the creation of additional parking spaces on a new concrete lot.
