PARIC completed work on the historic renovation of the old shoe factory in West Plains, Missouri. The project converted 60,000 sq.ft. of factory space into 73 student apartments housing 273 students. The renovation also included the repair of an existing asphalt parking lot and the creation of additional parking spaces on a new concrete lot.

This project included the completion of a new, independent high school in St. Charles County. The building consists of two floors, each with 30 classrooms, a total of eight science labs with two prep rooms, administration and development offices, a bookstore, library, IT department, and eight break/study rooms.
Historic Renovation, Multi-Family
The Bogen was a historic renovation of the former 243,000 sq. ft. Weiss Newman Building into 125 “true loft” condominiums, penthouse, and street level retail.
Washington University Mallinckrodt Center
PARIC completed the interior and exterior renovation of Washington University’s Mallinckrodt Center. The center is the University’s student union building and performing arts building.
The Seattle Mariners selected PARIC to be their Owner Representative on their 24 acre baseball academy project located in the Dominican Republic. The $7 million academy include a 25,000 sq.ft. building housing 70 players and their coaches/staff, a full kitchen and administration offices, 14,000 sq.ft. club house consists of lockers for each player and staff members, showers, training rooms, and a weight room. Finally, the site has three full fields, one half field, batting cages, agility field, observation tower, and a guest villa.
