The Courtyards at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri are a part of a multi-phased project in one of Kansas City’s largest retirement communities. The Courtyards are 77,756 sq. ft. and include a commons area as well as a four-story independent living building with 54 new apartments. The Courtyard Commons includes a new theatre, indoor and outdoor dining, salon, coffee shop, library, convenience store, and a new walkway.
