PARIC completed construction on the Walker Natatorium at Kirkwood High School in St. Louis County. This 25,000 sq. ft. facility was constructed using structural CMU, structural steel, and brick veneer. The building contains an eight-lane, 459,000-gallon, 115-foot competitive swimming pool featuring two one-meter diving boards. The concrete stands hold 400 spectators.

Seattle Mariners
The Seattle Mariners selected PARIC to be their Owner Representative on their 24 acre baseball academy project located in the Dominican Republic. The $7 million academy include a 25,000 sq.ft. building housing 70 players and their coaches/staff, a full kitchen and administration offices, 14,000 sq.ft. club house consists of lockers for each player and staff members, showers, training rooms, and a weight room. Finally, the site has three full fields, one half field, batting cages, agility field, observation tower, and a guest villa.
Webster University Emerson Library
Webster University’s Emerson Library serves as the hub of the university’s worldwide campus. The 71,500 sq. ft. five-story library has access to 14,000 e-books and 15,000 text journals.

PARIC provided construction management services for the new 46,000 sq. ft. facility, which sits on 11 acres in Town and Country, MO.
