LUMIERE PLACE HOTEL AND CASINO RENOVATION

PARIC has been involved in several renovation projects for the Lumiere Place Hotel and Casino including the recent room remodel and exterior work for the Hotel.

This recent room remodel contained two different room set-ups and included a complete remodel of the bathroom with a ceramic tile floor, wall tile and glass shower doors. In addition, new carpet and light fixtures were installed in all rooms, the walls were refinished with paint and wallpaper, and new modern furniture was installed. The corridor walls were repainted and new carpet and base was installed on every floor.

The exterior work of the hotel consisted of tuck pointing, and sealing above and below windows. New metal panels and “peel and stick” were installed and a TPO roof membrane on top of the Skybridge roof was installed to avoid future leaking into the Skybridge.

Other renovations to the hotel and casino include renovations to the parking garage, and the addition of a Wet Willie’s daiquiri bar.
