PARIC was the contractor for the 32,000 sq. ft. fifth expansion of the Magic House. The addition connects to the original Victorian home on Kirkwood Road with two levels, plus a mezzanine level which connects to the rooftop garden. Features include: Glass Victorian conservatory, new exhibit galleries, education center, a unique learning environment with a courtroom, legislative chamber and Oval Office to house new educational programs on citizenship, interactive outdoor play garden including an island, bridges and shallow wading stream, exhibit fabrication workshop, additional parking, restrooms and a new food service operation.
