PARIC completed a 95,000 sq. ft., three-floor office renovation for the Maritz headquarters in Fenton, Missouri. The project consisted of updating Maritz’s office floor plan by eliminating most of the interior partitions and making space for modern office workstations. DIRTT partitions were installed for new conference rooms and reclaimed wood was used to separate the new break areas from the working areas by constructing slat walls. Reclaimed wood was also used to construct custom fabricated collaboration tables with integral power and data.
