PARIC rehabbed 72 apartment/condominium units in the historic Enright School, now called the Robert Place Lofts, as well as 24 luxury houses on four acres in front of the school. The four-story, 105,000 sq.ft. apartment building includes 72 rooms, granite, marble and hardwood accents.
