PARIC was the construction manager for the Southeast Missouri State University aquatic center. The 28,175 sq.ft. student aquatic center includes a 4,160 sq.ft. recreational pool and 12 person whirlpool surrounded by potted palm trees, along with a 3,900 sq.ft. six-lane, 25-yard lap pool. The facility also includes an outdoor sundeck, men’s and women’s lockers, a changing area for families, a wet classroom that may be used for aquatics classes, lifeguard and staff offices, and a pool storage and control systems area. Other features included in this facility are a 40 ft. wide by 14 ft. high climbing wall with multiple waterfalls and an indoor zip line spanning the recreational pool. The facility is an addition to the Student Recreation Center.

PARIC Corporation proudly partnered with the St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center to dramatically renovate several areas of the arena. The most labor-intensive piece of the renovation included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the ice rink which was removed and rebuilt in a record-breaking six weeks.
