This 184,000 sq. ft. project included the historic renovation of an existing building with 93 one, two and three-bedroom loft condominiums, five two-level penthouses, street-level retail, and parking built into the basement and ground floor. Special features include a “pop up” structure with glass walls on the east and west sides along with rooftop terraces on the penthouse level.
The lower level condos maintain many of the original architectural features which include exposed red and white glazed-brick interior walls, 11-foot arched windows, and ceiling heights of 13-14 feet.
