PARIC recently completed a 225,000 sq. ft. expansion and repositioning on the campus of Village Shalom in Overland Park, KS. The new expansion includes 71 independent living apartments, 48 memory care units, a short-term rehabilitation and therapy area. The apartment community also a Main Street which includes a dining venue, a theater, a day spa, and a bar/bistro.

The Courtyards at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri is part of a multi-phased project on one of the Kansas City area’s largest retirement communities. The Courtyards are 76,404 sq. ft. of space which includes a commons area and a four-story independent living building with 54 new apartments.
The 243,288 sq. ft. repositioning of Presbyterian Manor in Wichita, Kansas involved the new construction of five areas. Demolition, site work, and building construction was completed in two phases to allow for the continued, uninterrupted operation of the existing community.
