Webster University’s Emerson Library serves as the hub of the university’s worldwide campus. The 71,500 sq. ft. five-story library has access to 14,000 e-books and 15,000 text journals. A state-of-the-art lecture/conference hall seats up to 100 people for seminars, readings and receptions. The building also includes a video production and authoring space for faculty, an outdoor terrace and a 24-hour cyber cafe.

John Burroughs STAR Building
The new three-story 76,500 sq. ft. S.T.A.R building and library on the John Burroughs campus provides students with a first-class environment to focus on the study of various science disciplines, engineering, family and consumer science, computer science, and technology.
Washington University Corner Building
PARIC was the general contractor for the $3 million, 24,000 sq. ft. green remodeling and rehabilitation project of the Corner Building (Delmar-Skinker Building).
Kirkwood School District Walker Natatorium
PARIC completed construction on the Walker Natatorium at Kirkwood High School in St. Louis County. This 25,000 sq. ft. facility was constructed using structural CMU, structural steel, and brick veneer.
Saint Louis University Academic Tech Commons
Tenant improvements for this university library included the 15,000 sq. ft. conversion of existing library space into a technology and study commons with offices and small classrooms.
