We are constantly offering multiple bidding opportunities. We utilize SmartBidNet to manage all of our subcontractor bids. All contracts over $50,000 will require prequalification prior to contract award. All bidders are welcome to bid on our Public Bid Projects available via the link below.
Subcontractors are critical to PARIC’s continued success. To ensure that we’re selecting the right company for the right job, we require all subcontractors to prequalify.
It’s our way of assuring that PARIC projects will meet the exacting standards we set. While providing you with peace of mind that comes from knowing that we accept bids only from quality, financially sound subcontractors.
Please note that all prequalification information must be updated annually to remain on the PARIC bid list. Please contact Prequalification@paric.com for any questions.

Subcontractor Agreements and Insurance Requirements
The Standard Subcontractor Agreement includes standard terms and conditions, as well as project specific costs and clarifications. The Standard Subcontractor Agreement is utilized for one project at a time.
The Master Subcontractor Agreement has the same standard terms and conditions as the Standard Agreement. The project specific items are for reference only, and will be detailed on a project-by-project basis.
A sample of Subcontractor Agreements and Insurance Requirements are available by contacting Jane Smith at email@example.com or fax a request to 636-561-9501.
At PARIC, we believe that our workforce must represent our community. The goal of our MBE/WBE program is to provide maximum opportunity for minority and women owned firms to participate in all aspects of our projects. The mission of this plan is to mentor and grow strong, independent MBE/WBE vendors, and to enhance their prominence in our industry.
All subcontractors are required to complete our prequalification process. This qualifies all subcontractors regarding scopes of work, bonding, workforce capacity, insurance, previous and current projects, safety records, financial stability, self perform capabilities, etc.
Joint Ventures or Mentor/Protégé Relationships
PARIC encourages subcontractor joint ventures or mentor/protégé plans to provide maximum opportunity. Minority inclusion will be strongly encouraged for all prime contractors bidding on projects, as well as subcontractors.
A focused effort will be made to award bids to MBE/WBEs in accordance with industry standards that regulate responsive and responsible bid prices and practices. Bids will be awarded as a result of a competitive process, with ultimate responsibility to the apparent low bidder.
