Christie Lauberth is responsible for achieving business objectives by overseeing and participating in talent acquisitions, and promoting growth & development opportunities for PARIC employees while directing the day-to-day responsibilities of a compassionate and results-driven HR department.
ABOUT
Christie earned her BA degree in Organizational Communications from California State University – Sacramento, and also holds a PHR Certification (Professional in Human Resources), is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as being a CP (Certified Professional) for the HRCI. She has progressive experience in Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources within for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including distribution, healthcare, and construction services. She has been with PARIC for over five years.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Christie was awarded the “Women of Distinction Award” from the Missouri Athletic Club, and has been a board member for the Children’s Home Society of Missouri since 2010. She has also chaired the Organizational Effectiveness Committee for two terms and led the 2013 Strategic Planning process. Additionally, Christie volunteers at Donate Life America, is a member of the Disability Services Panel at United Way, and has co-chaired for Donate Life Missouri state chapter.
