Todd Goodrich is the Chief Operations Officer & Executive Vice President and reports to the President. He provides executive oversight and management of operations, client relationships and execution of the firm’s strategy. Todd mentors PARIC team members to elevate customer service, build relationships, and deliver results.
Over his 25 years with PARIC, Todd has overseen our significant growth in the not-for-profit senior living market and he was instrumental in driving PARIC as an early adopter of virtual design construction technologies. In his 10 years as vice president of business development, Goodrich oversaw a nearly threefold growth of PARIC’s valuation.
Todd earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He has had an impressive career path beginning as a Project Engineer in 1997 and advancing to Vice President in 2007. He has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the top “30 Under 30” professionals in St. Louis.
Todd is currently a board member for Boone Center, volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builder’s 50+ Housing Council. He has served as a member of the Associated General Contractors – Quality in Construction Subcommittee and previously served on the finance committee of Faith United Methodist Church. He is also a Cub Scout den leader.
