Annual Field Appreciation Celebration

Every year, PARIC gathers to celebrate the dedicated, hard-working men and women who make our projects possible. Our annual field appreciation event honors our field leadership and self-perform professionals whose expertise, craftsmanship and commitment to exceeding expectations continue to earn recognition at both the local and national levels.

PARIC self-performs a wide range of scopes, including demolition, glass and glazing, concrete, framing and enclosure, carpentry, drywall, paint and trim.

Beyond their countless contributions on our job sites, our field teams make a lasting impact in the communities we have the privilege to serve. Their unwavering focus on safety, paired with their dedication to quality and excellence, is fundamental to everything PARIC does. Our self-perform team has surpassed 7.6 million workhours without a lost-time injury, reflecting their continued commitment to safety on every project.

Because of our teams’ hard-work and commitment, PARIC has continued to grow our footprint, expanding into new markets across Missouri, Texas, South Carolina, Iowa and New Mexico. These efforts have helped foster strong client relationships, create new opportunities and position PARIC for continued success.
