Job Summary
The Assistant Project Safety Manager supports the development, implementation, and execution of PARIC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs on active construction projects. This role works closely with Project Safety Managers, project leadership, trade partners, and owners to ensure safety programs are effectively implemented, aligned with client requirements, and driven to closure with urgency.
This position is ideal for an experienced construction safety professional ready to take on greater responsibility, ownership, and leadership on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of project-specific HSE management systems to meet project needs
- Assist in driving safety issues to resolution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Develop and maintain “bridging” safety documentation aligning PARIC safety policies with Owner safety programs and contract requirements
- Support the Project Team in reviewing and accepting trade partner Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), lift plans, and other safety-related plans
- Attend and participate in Pre-Task Planning (PTP) meetings with trade partners and project teams
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improving project safety performance
- Demonstrate working knowledge of construction sequencing and building processes to proactively manage safety risks
- Manage and support safety programs and policies on the project, including administrative oversight of trade partner safety documentation and compliance tracking
- Support the Project Team in ensuring compliance with all PARIC safety policies, OSHA regulations, and client safety requirements
- Communicate safety expectations clearly and consistently to project teams, PARIC leadership, trade partners, and other key stakeholders
- Provide ongoing safety communication and support to maintain alignment with client safety policies and procedures
- Identify project safety risks and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Mentor and support safety interns and early-career safety team members.

Skills and Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field

Position Description - Project is based in San Antonio, and Dallas, TX
PARIC Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support both field operations and project management teams. This role provides hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, working alongside Superintendents in the field and Project Engineers/Managers in the office.
The Assistant Superintendent will develop strong working knowledge of construction operations, gradually taking on more ownership and demonstrating the ability to perform core Superintendent functions with increasing independence. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in field leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support field operations by assisting the Superintendent with daily project activities, coordination, and execution.
- Assist with look-ahead scheduling and help track progress to ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.

- 2–4 years of construction experience, preferably in a field or project engineering role.
- Exposure to both field operations and project management functions preferred.

Position Description
We are looking for an Electrical Preconstruction Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the electrical preconstruction process from conceptual estimating through design development and turnover to operations. The Electrical Preconstruction Manager will collaborate closely with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and internal project teams to develop accurate budgets, identify project risks, and drive strategic planning for complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams through fast-paced preconstruction efforts while balancing cost, schedule, constructability, and client expectations.
This role supports a variety of project types, including mission-critical, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical estimating and preconstruction efforts through all phases of design development
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP electrical estimates including detailed clarifications and scope analysis
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify risks, gaps, constructability concerns, and value engineering opportunities
- Develop and maintain electrical preconstruction schedules, procurement strategies, and budget updates throughout the design process
- Collaborate with project executives, operations teams, architects, engineers, and owners to align project goals and expectations
- Participate in project strategy discussions to support successful project pursuits and client presentations
- Lead electrical subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, scope reviews, leveling, and buyout activities
- Assist with contract negotiations and support project turnover to operations teams

Skills and Experience
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preconstruction, or construction operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Experience developing conceptual and detailed estimates across multiple phases of design

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal operations teams
- Knowledge of estimating software, project management tools, and industry standards

This position will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and key operational tasks. The role requires independent project management, handling diverse activities, and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the President and executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings efficiently, and resolving any conflicts.
- Coordinate and oversee company meetings, social events, and the annual company meeting, handling all logistics, budgeting, and communication.
- Keep the executive team informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and responsibilities, ensuring timely preparation and follow-ups.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Compile and organize documents, materials, and presentations needed for meetings and conferences.
- Maintain oversight and administration of AIA software and all PARIC-modified AIA templates from a PARIC lawyer.

Field Engineer II
Location: St. Louis–based with local project assignments, or full-time travel role supporting projects nationwide.
Position Description:
The Field Engineer II plays an integral role in the successful execution of complex industrial construction projects by supporting both field operations and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle. Working alongside Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers, this role assists with planning, coordination, documentation, scheduling, quality, and field execution while continuing to build technical and leadership capabilities.
This position supports industrial projects across the manufacturing, food & beverage, mission critical, and advanced technology markets, providing opportunities to work on some of the most complex and technically challenging facilities in the country.
Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations and project coordination alongside Superintendents and Project Managers.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, and progress reporting.
- Participate in project meetings, jobsite walks, and coordination efforts with project stakeholders.

Institutional Sector Preconstruction Lead
Position Description:
PARIC is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven leader to serve as our Institutional Sector Preconstruction Lead. This role directly impacts the trajectory of the sector by improving how we pursue work, position ourselves in the market, and convert opportunities into profitable projects.
This is not a traditional estimating or preconstruction role. This is a senior leadership position focused on pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, and driving successful outcomes from initial opportunity through transition to Operations.
The Institutional Sector Preconstruction Lead will take ownership of pursuits once Business Development establishes initial client engagement. This individual will define the pursuit strategy, align internal teams, and lead the process required to win.
This role operates across Business Development, Marketing, Preconstruction, and Operations to bring clarity, accountability, and alignment to every pursuit. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, owner-facing, and capable of influencing outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Pursuit Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the development of pursuit strategies aligned with sector priorities and market conditions
- Define differentiators, risk positioning, team structure, and delivery approach for each opportunity

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems on complex commercial and industrial construction projects. The MEP Project Manager works closely with project teams, trade partners, consultants, and clients to help ensure successful delivery of MEP systems from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, and a collaborative mindset focused on quality, schedule, and operational performance. This role supports complex industrial projects, including manufacturing and food & beverage facilities, as well as mission-critical data centers.
Responsibilities
MEP Project Leadership
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, controls, process utilities, and specialty systems
- Assist project teams in translating design intent into executable construction and installation strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment throughout all phases of the project
- Help identify and proactively resolve constructability concerns, design conflicts, and system integration challenges
Preconstruction & Execution Planning
- Participate in preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, budgeting support, procurement planning, sequencing, and scheduling coordination
- Assist in identifying long-lead procurement items, schedule impacts, and technical risks associated with MEP systems
- Support development and maintenance of MEP coordination plans and project execution strategies
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning throughout the lifecycle of the project
Execution & Field Coordination
- Support coordination between MEP trades, architectural, structural, civil, and process systems
- Monitor installation progress and assist in maintaining schedule milestones and project deliverables
- Participate in QA/QC processes to help ensure installations meet project specifications, code requirements, and quality standards
- Help facilitate MEP coordination and issue resolution meetings with project stakeholders
Commissioning & Closeout
- Support project teams during startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities
- Coordinate with commissioning agents, vendors, trade partners, and operations teams to ensure system readiness
- Assist in tracking completion of punch list items, turnover documentation, and owner training requirements
- Help ensure successful project closeout and operational readiness of all MEP systems
Client & Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Communicate project status, system readiness, risks, and solutions clearly and professionally
- Support mentorship and collaboration across project teams to strengthen technical capabilities and project execution

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
- Proficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Experience supporting technically complex commercial or industrial projects
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and MEP coordination workflows
- Experience with subcontractor coordination and issue resolution
- Familiarity with scheduling software and BIM/VDC tools

MEP Senior Project Manager
Location: St. Louis–based with local project travel or full-time traveler
Position Description:
The Senior MEP Manager is a senior project leadership role responsible for providing technical oversight and guidance to project teams in the planning and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems on complex industrial projects where reliability, schedule performance, and technical quality are critical. This role supports industrial projects across the mission-critical, food & beverage, and manufacturing markets. The Senior MEP Manager assists project teams in identifying, understanding, and managing the risk profile associated with MEP systems from early planning through commissioning, helping ensure systems are well-coordinated, properly sequenced, and delivered in alignment with project requirements.
Beyond project execution, this role serves as a technical resource for the organization. Coaching, mentoring, and educating project teams is an inherent responsibility, strengthening technical capability, improving risk awareness, and supporting consistent delivery of dependable, high-quality MEP systems.
This is a technical leadership role focused on collaboration and guidance. The Senior MEP Manager supports teams in proactively addressing risks, resolving technical challenges, and delivering complete, functional building systems.
Responsibilities
MEP Technical Leadership
- Lead project teams in technical planning and execution of all MEP systems including process utilities, power distribution, controls, life safety, HVAC, plumbing, and specialty systems.
- Translate design intent into executable field strategy aligned with schedule and operational constraints.
- Identify system risks early (capacity, redundancy, sequencing, integration, commissioning).
- Drive resolution of design gaps, constructability issues, and performance risks.
Pursuit, Preconstruction & Execution Planning
- Develop preliminary MEP execution strategy including constructability, sequencing, system integration, and commissioning philosophy.
- Evaluate early design for feasibility, system risk, and constructability; identify schedule drivers and long-lead procurement risks.
- Identify key system and integration risks early (power, controls, process, utilities) and support development of the project risk register.
- Support technical alignment with major MEP trade partners and contribute to a clear, executable delivery strategy prior to award.
Execution & Field Integration
- Support project teams with the coordination across MEP trades, structural, civil, architectural, and process systems.
- Help support the development of Project schedules to drive installation from mobilization through to start-up & commissioning.
- Monitor and provide QA/QC support to field installation to meet quality, code, and performance standards.
- Identify and resolve conflicts early to protect schedule and downstream system performance.
- Lead recurring MEP execution and risk coordination meetings as necessary to support project teams.
Commissioning & Operational Readiness
- Help support the development of commissioning programming within organization.
- Help create project specific commissioning plans with Project teams, incorporating input from owner commissioning agents, vendors, and client operations teams.
- Provide leadership to project teams to ensure they are properly preparing for commissioning from project onset.
- Provide troubleshooting support as needed to ensure systems achieve required performance under real operating conditions.
Risk Management
- Help project teams maintain active MEP risk register across design, procurement, sequencing, integration, and performance.
- Identify cost, schedule, and operational risks early.
- Drive mitigation before risks impact project outcomes.
- Support disciplined decision-making based on technical and execution risk.
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as primary MEP technical leader with client engineering and operations teams.
- Clearly communicate system readiness, risks, and execution status.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
