Position Summary

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for helping lead the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role manages day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to PARIC’s quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Engineer coordinates with field teams, subcontractors, and owners, oversees project documentation and financials, and drives proactive solutions to challenges in the field. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to take ownership of key project components while preparing for advancement into full Project Manager responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost reporting.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of complex healthcare and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Position Description:

The Subcontracting Operations Director is responsible for leading PARIC’s subcontracting and procurement operations, ensuring alignment with company standards, project goals, and long-term strategic initiatives. This role provides leadership in subcontractor prequalification, contract review, buyout strategy, trade partner relationships, and procurement process improvement across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Participate in the subcontractor prequalification process, providing strategic input on vendor and trade partner approvals.

• Review subcontract agreements and purchase orders to ensure scopes of work align with company standards, project requirements, and contractual obligations.

• Identify and resolve open subcontract terms and conditions to mitigate risk and support project execution.

• Research, identify, and qualify subcontractors and vendors in new geographic markets.

• Provide strategic input on bidder selection and subcontractor/vendor shortlists for upcoming projects.

• Drive buyout strategy and procurement efficiencies across multiple projects to maximize financial performance and operational execution.

• Ensure project teams provide timely communication to non-selected subcontractors and vendors at the conclusion of buyout activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships within the subcontractor and vendor community to strengthen trade partner partnerships.

• Ensure subcontractor scopes of work align with PARIC standards and project contract requirements.

• Hold buyout teams accountable for the quality, consistency, and timeliness of procurement activities.

• Communicate buyout status and procurement updates to project teams and company leadership.

• Partner with Legal, Risk Management, and Accounting to ensure subcontract procurement complies with company standards.

• Lead implementation of technology solutions that support centralized procurement initiatives.

• Develop and implement alternative contract formats including short-form subcontracts, field-level change orders, and service agreements.

Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of construction industry experience required.

Position Description:

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the administration and ongoing development of the company’s compensation, benefits, leave administration, and HR policy programs.  Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role serves as the organization’s primary subject matter expert for Total Rewards and plays a key role in building scalable programs, processes, and infrastructure to support a growing organization.

 

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, strengthen operational consistency, and support future organizational growth.

 

The Total Rewards Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered effectively and aligned with company needs.

 

Responsibilities

Compensation Administration

  • Administer compensation programs and processes across the organization
  • Support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments
  • Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking for positions across the company
  • Maintain salary structures, compensation guidelines, and job pricing documentation
  • Assist in administration of incentive compensation programs

Benefits Administration

Qualifications

Position Description:

We are looking for a Traveling Project Manager to join our team. This role is focused on delivering complex industrial projects, including manufacturing and food & beverage facilities, as well as mission-critical data centers from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution in terms of budget, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can guide cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and drive accountability across all phases of the project.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the direction, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects
  • Build and mentor strong, motivated project teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Position Summary

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for helping lead the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role manages day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to PARIC’s quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Engineer coordinates with field teams, subcontractors, and owners, oversees project documentation and financials, and drives proactive solutions to challenges in the field. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to take ownership of key project components while preparing for advancement into full Project Manager responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with Superintendents and subcontractors; communicate updates to all stakeholders
  • Track project budgets, forecast costs, and address financial issues promptly to maintain profitability.
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, from buyout through project closeout, including dispute resolution when necessary.
  • Monitor project risks and implement solutions to overcome constructability challenges and delays.

Traveling Industrial Superintendent
Location: Full-time travel role supporting projects nationwide.

 

Position Description

We are looking for a Traveling Industrial Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for leading field operations on complex industrial construction projects across the United States, including manufacturing, food & beverage, and mission-critical facilities.

The Traveling Industrial Superintendent will oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinate trade partners, maintain project schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive successful project execution from mobilization through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with industrial construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively solve problems in fast-paced project environments.

This is a full-time travel role supporting projects nationwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision of field labor and oversee trade partner activities to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.
  • Hold trade partners accountable for safety, scope, quality, and schedule compliance; minimize trade conflicts and idle time.
  • Coordinate and schedule material, equipment, and delivery logistics to support uninterrupted field operations.
  • Assist the Lead Superintendent as needed and manage multiple smaller projects or defined phases of larger projects.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plans, job flow, sequencing, and short-term look-ahead schedules (2–4 weeks).
  • Track daily progress against baseline schedules, identify delays, and communicate schedule impacts to the project team.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with PARIC’s Core Values; lead safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
  • Enforce quality control through daily supervision, inspections, plan review, and coordination of required testing and inspections.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with trade partners, project teams, and owners; lead coordination meetings and provide regular field updates.
  • Support cost awareness by tracking labor headcounts and hours, reporting delivery issues or delays, and identifying inefficiencies that may impact cost.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to flag scope changes, support change order documentation, identify value engineering opportunities, and help preserve or improve project fee and margin.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Field Managers, General Foremen, and crews; support training, onboarding, and team development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite that reflects positively on PARIC and strengthens client relationships.

Requirements

  • Completion of an apprenticeship program, Construction Management degree, or equivalent field experience.
  • 4–10+ years of commercial construction field experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven ability to supervise field labor and manage trade partners across multiple scopes or project areas.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, building techniques, and constructability.
  • Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of construction scheduling, including milestone tracking and look-ahead planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams) and construction management software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, site layout, quality control processes, and safety regulations.

Position Description:

The VDC Manager leads and supports project teams through the strategic application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction tools to enhance coordination, planning, and execution. This role oversees BIM coordination efforts, manages model progression across multiple projects, and ensures alignment with project milestones and VDC best practices. The VDC Manager also plays a key role in developing team capabilities, advancing VDC processes, and driving innovation across projects and the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination efforts with PARIC project teams and MEPF subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project goals
  • Facilitate BIM kick-off meetings and ensure adherence to BIM Project Execution Plans (BPEPs)
  • Oversee model progression and verify Level of Development (LOD) requirements are met at key project milestones
  • Review project timelines and coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to maintain or adjust deliverables as needed
  • Provide ad-hoc modeling support for coordination and preconstruction efforts
  • Manage VDC survey and layout workflows, including development of layout points for robotic field teams
  • Lead development and coordination of model-based logistics plans, sequencing studies, and simulations
  • Support preconstruction teams with schematic modeling, quantity takeoffs (QTO), production tracking, and model-based planning
  • Manage BIM platforms, including project setup, user access, permissions, and system configurations
  • Establish and enforce model content standards, protocols, and quality control processes
  • Coordinate VDC team workload across projects and maintain resource planning tools
  • Evaluate BIM project needs, including timelines, staffing, and budget considerations
  • Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for VDC team members and project staff
  • Assist with onboarding and career development of new VDC team members
  • Support implementation of new technologies, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with design partners, subcontractors, and industry peers to enhance workflows and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction with a focus on VDC/BIM leadership responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk ACC/BIM 360, and related BIM tools
  • Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Point Layout, and similar visualization or layout tools preferred
  • Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and project delivery methods
