Built in 1977, 100 North Broadway is one of the largest office buildings in downtown St. Louis. The 53,000 sq. ft. renovation of the two-story atrium and surrounding plazas included replacement of the atrium’s glass walls, total HVAC overhaul and upgraded lighting. The PARIC team also completed a wealth of tenant amenities including state-of-the-art conference facilities, co-working lounges, walking track and access to outdoor spaces.
