Since 2013, PARIC has completed multiple projects totaling over one million sq.ft. and $27 million for Ameristar Casino Resort Spa, owned and operated by Boyd Gaming. These extensive remodeling projects include amenity space renovations and conversions, roof replacements, pool repairs and HVAC system upgrades, all completed while maintaining uninterrupted operations within the active hotel environment.
Formerly known as the Falcon Diner, PARIC transformed this 2,350 sq.ft. restaurant space into Copper Whisk, a new, upscale café and bakery offering a warm, inviting atmosphere. Located near the main entrance of the casino, Copper Whisk features an expanded entryway, new service counter area with custom stainless steel casework, new food service equipment, custom display cases, and a glass feature wall. Wi-Fi adapters were also installed to enable robotic meal delivery directly to guests’ tables.
PARIC also completed the design-build renovation of 397 all-suite hotel rooms ranging from 650 to 1,800 sq.ft. The upgraded rooms, which reflect the feel of an upscale high-rise apartment, feature a modern design with bleached oak furnishing, jewel-toned upholstery and contemporary vanities with granite countertops. PARIC self-performed the demolition, drywall, furniture, fixtures and equipment installations, as well as upgrades to 21 corridors and elevator lobbies.
As Ameristar Casio Resort St. Charles’ longstanding partner, PARIC was the trusted choice to complete the full renovation of a former sports bar into the new Charter 18 Modern Tavern. This $4.2 million, 7,905 sq.ft. elevated dining and entertainment space features high-end finishes, a 27-seat island bar, 70 large-screen televisions and a dedicated Top Golf Swing Suite. Completed in just six months, the project was executed quickly and efficiently within an active campus, with minimal disruption to casino operations and a continued focus on the safety of staff and guests.
