BELLA VIDA SENIOR LIVING

PARIC is currently constructing Forefront Living’s new flagship, 500,000 sq. ft. senior living development, Bella Vida, on 26.5 acres in Texas Hill county near San Antonio.

When complete, PARIC will have built 20-single family independent living villas, five quadplex independent units, 16 memory care beds and 164 independent living units in a high-rise apartment building with underground parking. Amenities will include formal and casual dining, bistro, fitness center, yoga studio, indoor swimming pool, salon, multipurpose and outdoor function lawn.

This project site presents unique challenges as extensive grade changes require two linear miles of retaining wall with two acres of wall face and 165,000 cubic yards of rock excavation. Also, on-site endangered species required pre-planning to proceed without disturbing existing habitats. This project is being delivered in eight separate phases, allowing the owner the earliest possible occupancy to maximize revenue.
